Description“I knew it. That kook has rocks in his head.” Benjamin J Grimm…Face front, True Believers!!! Time to get in the wayback machine! This one’s been a long-time coming; a classic slugfest between ol’ Benjy and the main Marvel baddie himself. Thankfully i was able to obtain this from master draftsman Keith Pollard. Thanks Keith! A great image that gives the classic Thing/Hulk battles a run for their money.

That's some smooth pencilwork! This is the Marvel style with punches and follow throughs of mighty blows being struck!

Admiration supreme. Is there a more iconic representation of combat foes in the Marvel pantheon? Maybe. Maybe not. But in my eyes, this one is tops, and brings about memories of the classic 1978 FF 197-200 run.

Totally agree, Michael. FF# 200 was one of the greatest FF/ Doom stories ever told. And this commission, by Mr. Pollard, is a grand representation of that classic tale.

Definitely, guys. FF 200 is one of the tops! That Perez/Pollard artistic era of FF was my entry point for the world's greatest comic magazine!
