Post Batman Year One, a lot of one off detective styled stories came about and also strengthened the Batman and Robin dynamic. This was a debut and spot start for Dwyer in between Cockrum and Aparo issues and you can tell there is great talent and moxy in how the page is laid out to focus on cool Batman shots. He even breaks the border on the boldest Batman shot of the page.
