Harley Quinn “Hot Stuff”

I didn’t want a generic Harley Quinn with hammer art that John Timms usually draws, so I’d asked him if he could have her holding a coffee mug that says “Hot Stuff”. Now let me shout out that he absolutely nailed this commission! The look on her face is perfect! The pose is perfect! He didn’t just draw her standing up like most other artists do.

I don’t think you understand how much John has went above and beyond on this piece. Do you see the grey parts of her costume? Look closely. Her grey gloves, the grey parts of her chest, the grey on her left leg. That grey is actually what mangaka call screentones, meaning he meticulously cut out screentones to the right size and shape to paste on this work of art.
