That's a great mid 90's splash! It has enough of the classic X-O look to double as one of their promo card images as well with the top talents of Hitch and Giordano.

Yay!!! My friend Kevin wrote this. So awesome!! I do like characters with the letter "X" so this looks awesome. Truly nice page by Hitch and Giordano.

Well, I doubt you could find an X-O splash with an even bigger image! So cool to see early work by Hitch and even cooler to see that a DC mainstay and legend in his own right like Dick Giordano going off to do inks at Valiant. Just a reminder of the crazy turmoil that was going on within the industry at the time. People had to go whether they could get work and even Giordano wasn't immune to that.

X-O had one of the best designed costumes of the Valiant heroes, and Hitch does the design justice here. Incredible Splash!
