Description

Here�s a nice little splash page by Val Semeiks and Prentiss Rollins featuring my favorite group, the JSA. This comes from the post crisis era that had a Black Canary as a founding member of the JLA. Hey I just buy the art, but you know I can figure out the difference between Earth 1 and Earth 2. Here�s a novel idea, if you take the ten year concept of events and add an extra ten, each JSA story on Earth 2 begins, �Twenty years ago in a time of crisis when a madman threatened the world, a band of costumed adventurers took up the mantle of Democracy on Earth 2! Their nam...e the Justice Society of America.�
If you are reading about Earth 2 you just accept that World War II happened twenty years ago and it all works and lots of conflict is avoided. After all DC did the same exact thing in the Superboy comics moving the adventures of Young Clark from the 20s/30s to the 50�s back in the 70s. But I digress, enjoy the page.
