Description

Ever since I saw the work of Jay Anacleto I knew I wanted to add an example from him to my collection. I just never thought it would be an example of my favorite comicbook/movie character. The detail on this is breathtaking....BREATHTAKING! To know Jay works in pencil only is quite amazing. I couldn't be happier and acquired this from Jay's rep Kirk Dilbeck. I should also point out that Kirk and Jay do allow time payments. Without the time payments I probably would have lost this cool piece to another collector. The all pencil part is what makes this so impressive! He wields the pencil like a sabre to carve out these scenes with precise linework and is then able to hit the high density areas in full like inks.

Killer piece of art, immediately taking me back to one of my favorite comics of my youth! So much detailed rendering...must be a real sight in person. Colored images are cool but don't hold a candle to the OA! Big congrats!

Breathtaking! Jay Anacleto's work is always amazing and this cover is even more so! Love the depth and richness that his pencils give the scene. The realism Jay achieves is unbelievable! Congrats!

Jackpot! Replaced Highlander as my favorite movie and held the tittle until I saw Aliens. Always be top five. Jay Anacleto.. a magician. GOAT for Realistic Heroic Shading Style. I always prefer a badass helmeted version. Congrats!
