Renaud is a beast-master. I love the elegance of this piece and particularly love how he incorporated the pigeons closer to ground level, then two birds rendered in "silhouette" and ravens higher up. Great transition! Congrats!

The tonal work is exquisite.

When I first saw this image, I would've bet money (and won!) on whose CAF collection it would appear in. Aside from the outstanding compostiion & use of gray tones, I really like the choice of characters, which give a nice sampling from across the mythos — this would be an excellent cover for some type of comprehensive "Sandman Companion" book.
