Description

Large piece of Superman punching out his arch-nemises while Lex accidently blasts the Washington Monument..ooops! Don't worry, Superman fixed it. This piece is cool because Swan must have seen ariel images of Washington at the time and accurately depicted it. It is just a great piece by one of the best and most iconic Superman artists of all time.

Very cool! The size of the piece makes this punch resonate even powerful through time! Swan and Oksner was a great duo! Those thick outlines on the Superman and Luthor puts them in full focus.

This is a perfectly distilled Bronze Age Superman image. Further, Oksner is an underrated inker on Swan.

Nice image from the DC's 1977 calendar. Bob Oksner is my favorite inker on Curt Swan.

This one knocks it out of the park. My two ultimate favorite Superman artists; John Byrne, and of coarse, the legendary Curt Swan.
