A great early page where Kieth would define the look of Morpheus. The splatter and skulls used will also add to this aura around him. Vertigo at its finest with Gaiman building the series to be the flagship of the imprint.

Wow, you snagged a winner! What an iconic page with two of my all-time favorite characters in comic book history. That image of Dream's cape is just seared into my memory from 1989 when I was in high school and discovering how deep and dark comics could go, and I love it.
