Description

11x17 ink wash commission by Mikel Janin 2021. Not a typical scene that I go for but this was something outside of my usual anger, battle, war, more anger fight scene commissions. It's a nice breather in my art portfolio before flipping to my next most likely violent art piece. Or maybe this is the happy and calm moment just before they hear a huge explosion deep inside Gotham City?!... Happy Thanksgiving!

The battle, the anger, etc. are all still there underneath these complex personalities and pyschologically broken individuals. Right now, they are wearing the masks playing a happy couple.
