Description

Lightfoot might not have been an A lister in 1988, but I thought his look was just crazy enough to be cool! The GI Joe team can't have enough explosives experts, anyway! Livio Ramondelli is known for his awesome Transformers work so I thought I'd give him a shot at a crazy looking Joe! Set up through 4C Comics, online.
