Looks like 1930's or early 1940's automotive or popular mecahnics illustration. I laso picked up one from Anthony but it was signed Forney a black illustator comic artist - need t oget it psotad so yo ucan compare
Very cool they would visually show such a large and ideal clutter free workbench with big fields of black and white balancing each other out.
Looks great- the perfect piece to frame and hang in a garage or above a work bench.
Maybe run it through Google Image search? Might turn up something...
