Cool story! I am guessing that there are not too many stories with Chuck as the leading character out there.

That would be an interesting research project! I'd say there was a 20-year period where Chuck stories occasionally appeared, mainly in Pep and Laugh, maybe Riverdale High, but I'd have to delve deeply into the GCD to come up with a number. As for this story -- yes, cool!

A follow-up to my previous post: Chuck Clayton debuted in 1971, 52 years ago, and, according to the GCD, appeared in 4,300 stories, but I'm guessing that number includes reprints in digests. No way that I could figure out just stories titled Chuck unless I checked issue by issue, and to add to the three series that might have had his individual stories I'd add Life With Archie, and maybe even the digests which feature one or two new stories amongst the reprints. If I had to guess, I'd guess there were 200 stories over fifty years with Chuck as the title character, though I've only seen the art from a few of those stories for sale.

Great fun and morality tale featuring Chuck and how to impress women. If it was today, he would have tweeted edgy stuff to be boastfully macho thinking that would impress girls.

That's true! It would be virtual reality machismo.
