Description

1983 newspaper illustration for the Province article on BC bootleging. David Boswell said, it was the most tedious piece he endured. He left the title blank for the printers. For his own amusement, he illustrated his mentor Robert Benchley requesting service.

Beautiful and confident illustration linework with a nice before and after story being told. The design layout is simple, but the complexity of what is being drawn is stellar with the many varied patterns.
