Description

I asked for this Sandman commission when Andrew Pepoy did his Kickstarter campaign for "The Adventures of Simone & Ajax." I wanted Andrew to draw this character because he was the inker on Geoff Johns and David Goyer's JSA #38 (September 2002) and their contribution to JLA/JSA Secret Files and Origins #11 (January 2003).

This could fit into the Mystery Theater or the Golden Age Justice Society with the classic gas mask, gas gun, and cape ready for adventure.
