DescriptionOther than Berserk from Kentaro Miura, Vagabond from Takehiko Inoue, is one of my favorite manga's. Vagabond portrays a fictionalized account of the life of Japanese swordsman Miyamoto Musashi, as he embarks on a journey to become the strongest samurai under the heavens. Takehiko Inoue's art style is a work of beauty, from his really tight lines, to his bold watercolor style inks. So clearly Sanford was a logical choice for me to kick off this new manga commission series! And I was so happy to see Sanford's take on Musashi with his own thick inks!6x9 Social/Sharing |

Gorgeous! Love this commission of Miyamoto Musashi by the great Sanford Greene, IMHO, Sanford's style is perfect for rendering the Japanese Samurai. Congrats on a terrific pick-up!
