I have never picked up anything called “production art” before (and I am generally wary of what appear to be scammers), but this looked authentic enough to go with for one reason alone: I own the original art to this page, and the covered-up image of T-Bolt Ross is an integral part of that story.

On the original art page, the Ross drawing is there, and it is covered up with a hinged piece of paper, so (given the blue printing on the published page) I think this photocopy is quite genuinely from the original art. As well as the page annotations and clipping, which are typical.

I have included the copy of the original art in the additional images (my scan reflected out the Ross image completely), the Ross image, and the published page.
