This is the final original pen and inks cover art for TMNT Issue 134 by Kevin and the art measures 11″ x 17″ and is signed lower right – Eastman

Pencils for this wonderful art were by Sophie Campbell. The pencils were photocopied and enlarged and Kevin inked those.

Very nice!  The Eastman inks art distinctive, but he does not try to overpower.  He leaves a lot of the Campbell refined look to shine through for this gentle scene.
