Fantastic. That middle panel really steals the show with the detail and those characters running right at us!

The innovative layouts for this series is what McFarlane did the best while still getting his footing and working out story before imagery. The top set of four is something he would use a lot in Spider-Man and Spawn. So are different thicknesses of panel borders and a showy panel breaking element for some of his strong figure work.
