Artist: Bernard Herbert Robinson (1930-2004)
Title: Megatherium and Smilodon (Sabre Toothed Tiger)

Signed: ‘Robinson’ at bottom right
Notes: Underneath the painting is the publishing info written in pencil. From L-R: 26, 18cms text, Megatherium trapped in tar, Smilodon, 27. Also above the painting is the publishing info written in pencil. From L-R: Dire Wolf, Teratornis, Mastodon, and some ineligible text.
Most likely published in a 1970/80s dinosaur book (unable to locate which one yet). Publishing info is pencilled below, including the numbers 26 (left side), and 27 (right side) – I guess these are the page numbers.
Robinson was a profuse illustrator of dinosaurs and paleo art in the 1970-80s and was very much a fan favourite in this scene!
