A very pivotal time for the UXM title as well! A classic issue with a famous cover. Davis has that light fairy tale touch of elegance for the X-Ladies that was missing for a while whith more artists going for high detail rather than beauty. You can feel there's some Peter Pan influence with Rogue floating and flying through the air and that astral Cerebro projection pair of eyes looking like a butterfly as her Tinkerbell.
Loved the heavy butterfly effect through this issue. Lovely page.
Great page. For a while I tried to put this whole issue together but only got 6 or so pages into it. Had to sell them all 😢. This is one of my two favourite issues of all time so congrats on a great page
Davis produced great fill in work for the X office in those days (and since).
That top right panel is sublime stuff, oozing with nostalgia :) Congrats!
Baller.
Such a great find, an absolutely awesome page and characters with some really fun history of Psylocke and Rogue, huge congrats! And getting in on these pages early, that's even better. Cheers!!
Superb!
