Description

After Jim Lee brought WildStorm under the aegis of DC, his Stormwatch team could include folks like Lobo, as seen here. The team is having one of their 'JLA conference table' moments as they discuss a threat to their timeline. The challenge of a group shot, especially a static one, is to give each figure its own body language and pose. Guichet meets that challenge nicely here.

Note also the robot on the upper left. The background railing lines were drawn first, then partially erased, but still somewhat visible through his body in the pencils. These were fixed in inking on a separate page, as evident from the final published page.

A round table scene to allow for an assemblage of heroes in a civilized manner. This table isn't round and the members of Stormwatch may not be the honor bound heroic types neither. Great work by Guichet to mail every character down.
