I remember being ridiculously excited for this series when it was announced. Always enjoyed Grant Morrison�s more or less straight up superheroes. Loved the art on the series too. Sadly, the book didn�t last long.

I had no idea how Aztek got his own series over so many longstanding characters that never got a shot. Now we know it's because of the strong writing, the more than fantastic artistry of Harris, and the slick inking of Champagne. Showing Aztek in flight from two angles is a daring choice.
