Description

8x9-1/8" trimmed sheet of vellum features detailed all original art design for "Underdog" villain Simon Bar Sinister mask. Majority of art has been done on back of sheet while black areas of eyes were painted on front. 1970s. While Collegeville's "Underdog" costume proved to be very popular, this companion costume was never produced. Unique. From the Collegeville Archives.
