Handmade from beginning to end and then placed on a pedestal aka an acrylic stick up the arse.

1) SCULPT - Begin with sculpting the piece using a material such as Sculpey.

2) MOLD - Make a mold with a material such as silicone. She made MODOK without his arms/legs to avoid complications, molding those separately and then assembling later.

3) CASTING - Cast your sculpture with a material such as plaster, vinyl, or various resins.

4) PAINT - Assemble, sand/refine as needed, figure out the colors, then make the MO look pretty.

No tutorial needed, those videos of insertion with clear things already exist. Bill's live demonstration happens at Heroes because he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now.
