Description

A scheming politician seeks Captain Raader's help to fend off marauders, but he plans to double-cross her. The second panel is a nice group shot of the motley pirate crew, including the super-powered Earth girl Domino (not the X-Force character) Drake in the upper right corner explaining her origin story.

Domino rapidly develops a crush on the mayor's friendly son Garn as they ride along together, leading Cap'n Kidd to ask her embarrassing biological questions. Domino also name-checks both Black Beauty and Cecil the Seasick Sea Serpent.
