DescriptionVisual development animation art director and comic book artist Mingjue Helen Chen worked at Disney Feature Animation and contributed to Frankenweenie, Paperman, Wreck-it Ralph, and Big Hero 6. She was an art director on Ralph Wrecks the Internet. I'd first seen her name in connection with the Lovely: Girls of Animation Collaborative Art Book. Helen drew covers for Marvel's Silk and some covers and panel pages for DC's Gotham Academy. The cartoonist is doing children’s book illustration as well such as this Ghost Spider Little Golden Book. My friend John saw Helen at WonderCon and brought my copy for a sketch and autograph.Social/Sharing |
