Looks like one of those futuristic grand societies Jack Kirby would dream up for his heroes to inhabit. Tom Scioli's ability to channel Kirby's imaginative and creative style of the 70's takes into account not only the comics, but the animation work as well.

Many cartoonists try to "do" Kirby, but just don't get it. They're not in tune with Kirby's vibe and don't understand the underlying mechanics of his style, only mimicking surface techniques. Tom Scioli gets it!
