Description
This cover is about two things: Eel and emotion. We rarely see Aquaman so enraged, especially with his Silver Age look. Mera and Supergirl look quite distressed as well. As for the eels, that's a great image in the foreground. Buckingham uses a few splashes of ink wash amidst the black and white.

Everything about Buckingham's line is so neat and buttoned up without crosshatching to express what can be done just with the right combination of brush ink line to express action, texture, and emotion.
