Description

When this came out, I spent most of my time reading comics, forest mountain biking, and ZX Spectrum games, I clearly remember this cover. Oli Frey bought dynamic covers to Crash vs. the traditional computing magazines. He also drew Dan Dare in the New Eagle for a while, so he was familiar with the character when he drew for this video game magazine cover. It feels like he drew this to cover to touch on the main lore of the comic, in a faster/more dynamic style than he normally would for the character.

Twelve years ago I asked the seller to keep me in mind if he sold it, and this year he replied and sold it to me, thanks Gordon!
