Victor De La Fuente Mortimer Sketches

Like the other couple I posted, this appears to be practice/preliminary drawings for Fuente's Mortimer.Looking through the Mortimer books, I found a couple poses similar to a couple, but not close enough for these to be tracings. Back in Steranko's Comicscene zine, there were a couple fantasy drawings by Fuente, with the statement that his pencils were very sparse, adding most detail with inking. Were these done to get the art right in his mind? I dunno...
