I was happy to see Mark Pennington as a guest at Joe Fest 2023! I gave Mark a few characters to chose from, I believe all of them were characters he worked on at Hasbro. He picked Taurus from Sgt Slaughter's Renegades. He told me that his still is sort of "rough" so he thought Taurus would work best. He was very proud of the expression Taurus has on his face!
