Description

I'm a fan of Sgt Slaughter's Renegades from GI Joe the Movie and Mercer has always been my favorite. I thought it was so wild that he was an ex-Viper who's now part of GI Joe. When I set this sketch up with Robert for Joe Fest 2023, I picked Mercer because Robert draws pouches and gear like crazy, so it seemed like a great fit! I love the action he was able to show in the sketch!
