I don't get enough chances to pick up new art from Paul Pelletier so I didn't want to miss the opportunity to get something from him at Heroes Con 2023! I loved his run on Titans and his take on the characters so all I had to do was decide which one I wanted! It wasn't simple but I always enjoyed Arsenal's Brown-red and yellow costume and Paul always managed to make it look cool! This is no exception and I love the detail and sweet looking bow!
