DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!Batman: Europa was a four-issue miniseries that saw Batman poisoned and having to team-up w/his archrival The Joker on a hunt across Europe for a cure. Published by DC Comics in Jan. 2016. Offered here is 11x17" DC artboard w/thick inked margins and image area measuring 9.5x14.25". Art is for page 18 and features large splash page, showing Batman entering a bar where all the patrons are dead, bearing the eerie grins of a Joker poisoning. Layout by Giuseppe Carmunicoli, Jim Lee rendered the pencils and the finished ink wash work. Signed by Jim Lee in silver paint pen at lower left. Exc. Stunning example of Lee's Batman work.
