DescriptionHere are two images of the cover to Human Torch #10 by Scott Kolins. The first is the published pencil cover art. The second image is the preliminary art. It's interesting that Kolins draws the prelim in such detail and directly in ink. The preliminary also displays the ruled lines that Kolins uses in order to figure out the appropriate perspective for the scene.Social/Sharing |

Really nice kid on the street view of the Torch, not yet old enough to not see the adults getting in the way. Inspires wonder. The Kolins prelim does the heavy lifting in design, but the final is him finding joy in just the act of drawing.
