I�ve wanted a George Perez �New Teen Titans� page since I started collecting. Preferably one inked by my favorite Perez inker, Romeo Tanghal. I scored the trifecta with this page. While not from the classic Perez �New Teen Titans� run, this is close�a 1989 New Titans page pencilled by Perez & inked by Tanghal.

One note on this page: It had a special effects overlay at one point for two panels. There is a remnant of the overlay still attached to the page at the top edge (taped to the back) and a reference to the effects in the margin. I do not know what happened to the overlay. Even so, a comparison of this page to final the printed version only shows some minor differences.

I think it's terrific! It might be some of the last significant monthly Teen Titans work Perez did!
