Description

In it's short run, 1995-2001, Citizen Dog was one of the funniest strips going. This isn't the best gag but it's the only strip I've seen so, beggars and choosers as they say.

I highly recommend the first two collections easily gotten from Amazon.

Like all the great animal strips, the animal takes on the writer's persona to make life observations. The gag at the end is only there as a reward to punctuate the lesson.
