Description

Here is a Rocketman splash by Golden Age artist Fred Kelly. It is likely set for Red Seal #23 as the back of the page has a "National Revenue Canada" stamp dated June 11, 1947 along with a "Produced in Canada" stamp and a "Red Seal Comics" written notation. Superior was a Canadian publisher so it seems clear this was indeed destined for Red Seal.
