Another sketch I picked up from Eduardo during his visit to SDCC back in 2017. I couldn't decide whether to get Graves or Dizzy, so I ponied up a few bucks and got both.

A career government man! Deep lines on the face enhances the determination and many years enforcing the government's will. The tie clip looks to be in it's proper place making an impression there at that spot.
