DescriptionWoooooooo… my Quest is complete!! Back in March of 2020 I decided I was going to focus my collection some and set a goal to collect a piece of art from every penciler who did at least three consecutive pages on the main X-men title…Well a little over three years later and that goal is complete with this VDPS by Ian Churchill! Yes Ian was the last piece of the puzzle. And a bit tougher than expected. Thank you to a few fellow collectors who pointed me to his website to find a piece. I picked this one as this annual was very memorable to me with the big Caliban Sabertooth fight… and who doesn’t love a big vertical dps! Caliban harassing some kids camping may not be a team shot of the X-men but it is a great image and very happy to have it! Now that this quest is complete.. what to do next??? Space Marvel??? Aquaman?? Hellboy?? Maybe just a break lol… Social/Sharing |

WOW!!! Huge congrats on this amazing goal achieved. Beautiful art to go along with it. Now that you've achieved this goal, should I start? Ha!!! Cheers and seriously congrats on this beautiful X-Men collection, you know how much I really love this hobby and especially the X-Men.

Huge, dude! Ultimate X goal achieved! And way to close it out with an X VDPS! I forget about Caliban at times. Definintely a fun character back when. Congrats!

Why does Jason go on buying?
What does he need from before?
Don't they know he's got the annual?
And he don't have need anymore
What in the world he's collecting?
Why share the artwork he loves?
Don't they know it's the end with Churchill?
It ended when he got enough
I wake-up see the drawing, and I wonder
Why everything's so lame with Cyclops
I can't understand, no, I can't as a fan
