Description
The Seven Soldiers of Victory showcased many of the great supporting players in the early DC Comics universe. The Justice Society of America was going strong, but mainly featured characters from All-American Publications, a sister company to National Periodical. And since Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman didn't need the extra exposure, this group was formed and became DC's second super-group.
