Frank's art on this series had sex appeal through the roof! It's one of DC's 90's way to capitalize on the bad girl craze while being classy. Prime example of how he subtly does it with a lot of lean legs on display making impact within the narrative of the story. He even makes the silhouette sexy like a shot out of a Bond title sequence.

So, the 90s are historical pieces. I feel old. I read this when it came out and still have my copy of the comic. This was the story that made me a fan of his work.
