Description

Conclusion page of the story featuring the first meeting between Batman and Black Lightning. On this page, Lightning takes out a terrorist in a tank before the thug can blow things sky high.

Gotta love the super punch and Lightning's foot outside the middle panel. And I really enjoy the images of Batman in the third and sixth panels. For my money, Giordano was not only one of the best inkers DC ever had, but he was also one of the best Batman artists in his own right.

Cllimactic end page! What a punch to end the story! While the mystery may have been the hook, the power punch action is where Giordano makes the most visual impact!
