Really great montage of action she's overseeing in her mind. That look of concern in just the eyes is great as she loses big.
Fabulous prelim to New Mutants by Rod Reis! I love Reis's style on this page, it reminds me a bit of Bill Sienkiewicz's work in the '80s, but I mean that in a good way. I love the sketchy fluidity of his line and the way all the smaller scenes flow together. The highlight for me is the wide open eyes of Magic at the top of the page as she remembers each of the scenes below. The whole effect is quite stunning! Great pick-up!
