Description

A 1970 cover for a Spanish comic called Babette, issue 59, by Jordi Franch. Franch also contributed to many UK titles via the SI and Bardon Arts agencies; primarily Roxy, Marilyn, Valentine, Mirabelle, True Life Library, Picture Romance, Jackie, Mates, Oh Boy and the Dutch version of Tina, as well as Emergency for Charlton in the US. The romance genre was definitely his forte. Sadly, he died at the age of 44 years.

Artastic fashions with thet checker print skirt, big white scarf down the center, and that handbag. No wonder the station agent wants to stop her on the grounds of causing all the commotion.

Great one Stephen! I tried to buy this at auction but missed it and saw that it was passed over but I couldn't get in touch to follow up. Glad it's found it's way to a nice home :). Congratulations
