DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!16.5x19-5/8" thin artboard features mixed media original art by Jim Davis Studio (c. late 1980s), showing the iconic, lasagna-loving, fat cat visiting Mount Rushmore, which has been slightly modified, w/Odie's face added beside that of George Washington. Garfield reacts w/his typical nonplussed expression as a giant stone tongue approaches. Artboard has pin holes at top corners along w/hand-drawn printer crop marks at corners which leads us to believe this art was published, but we could not verify. Art has been signed by Davis at lower right. Exc. Impressive full color Garfield art. Social/Sharing |
