The Centaur

Many great things to study in the serene environment to frame the centaur so delicately with the moonlight, under the branches, and pushed to the foreground by the body of water.  It just belongs along with all the things we find beautiful with nature in this painting.   

It's all in the details! 

I think its one of Annie's best backdrops with the depth of the scene as opposed to her often amazing but busy landscapes.
