Description
      Bill works for animation studios.. Rex Steele is a character he created with Matt Peters for comic stories. Alex Woo, NYU animation student at the time, turned it into an award-winning animated film. There is a paperback collection of Rex Steele stories and a short story in Afterworks 2. At the Super 7 store in San Francisco signing on Sept. 8th, Bill drew this for me.
