Description

I had Neal also do the coloring for this commission and his commissions rates were high. He charged the same amount for coloring as he did for an inked drawing at the time.

One of my first Marvel comics was an Avengers during the Kree/Skrull war! Neal Adams' Captain Marvel was and still is the best! (His Scarlet Witch at that time was awe-inspiring, and he drew Carol Danvers...but it wasn't really her!)

I think it's one of Neal Adams' best commissions as he exercises that forced perspective and revisits Captain Marvel from those very few issues he did in the key storyline he's known for.
